Brand new constructed home on a 10 acre property located in Maple Ridge
To develop 3 acres of the 10 acre property to be maintained in a low maintenance fashion as there is limited watering capabilities on-site.
Large natural boulder retaining walls were created on the properties multi-levels. A long drive opens up to a coloured-stamped concrete driveway and parking at the entrance to the home. Drought tolerant groundcovers were planted to provide flower and foliage colour to the large natural boulder retaining wall at the front entrance. Perennials and shrubs in the oranges, red and yellows were used to hide the hydro pole and to soften the hard appearance of the natural boulders. Elegant shiny green leaves of Boxwoods, Sweetbox and an Evergreen Magnolia frame the front entrance complimented by the white flowers of a Pee Gee Hydrangea
